Be/Here is a queer-owned, queer-built mental health community offering specialist therapy, free mental health skills workshops, and supportive spaces for LGBTQIA+ people.
All of our therapists have completed additional LGBTQIA+ specialist training beyond their core qualifications. We do not believe that simply being “affirming” is enough. People deserve support that understands minority stress, identity exploration, family estrangement, trauma, intersectionality, and the systems that shape mental health.
We also do not believe support should be limited to eight weeks or a fixed number of sessions. Our approach is person-centred, which means care is shaped around the individual, not an arbitrary deadline.
